Why watch

  • A forged-signature plot reversed line by line in front of the people who wrote it
  • The director's budget, reputation and marriage collapsing in the same week
  • A quiet alliance with a billionaire who never once asks her to soften

Story

For ten years Isabella Hayes wrote every Star Dome blockbuster in the dark while her husband Connor took the credit and the fame. On the eve of the third film's launch she finds the paperwork: forged signatures, stolen copyrights, a plan to drain their accounts and leave her with nothing, all arranged with his lead actress Lacey.

She doesn't scream. She collects evidence, exposes the plagiarism and the affair in public, and takes her scripts back. Then she builds her own studio with Lucas, an old friend with deep pockets, and sets a trap Connor can't resist. Every project he signs, every investor he charms, every bet he makes pulls him further into a deal built to bankrupt him.
