The Last Virgin of Atlantis
Hurled into oceanic depths as a mortal human sacrifice, the doomed maiden was rescued by an undersea monarch destined to claim her immortal soul.
Trapped in a critical delivery ward, an expectant mother fights for her life while her negligent husband deliberately stays away. Rather than supporting his dying wife through surgical complications, he camps out in the corridor attending to his deceased subordinate’s widow, prioritizing another woman over his own newborn child.
Pushed beyond endurance, she signs termination papers directly on the clinical clipboard and disappears into the night with her baby. When her remorseful husband finally realizes what he threw away, his frantic apologies arrive far too late, leaving him shunned by former allies as she thrives completely on her own terms.
