After failing to save his own parents, the hero buried his identity in a quiet life, until an alien invasion forced him back into the mask.
Olivia is a young intern nurse chasing followers, and she finds her content in the hospital's specimen room: stillborn infants in jars. She films them, lays a ghost filter over the footage, and posts it as if the dead were inside her own body. Her roommate Kate tells her to stop. Olivia posts it anyway.
Then her hands bruise. Her skin breaks open. Her stomach swells at night, and she starts to hunger for things she can't name. Something in the jars has chosen her as its mother, and it is draining her to build itself a body. When Olivia realizes deleting the video is the only way out, she has already photographed Kate the same way. The countdown is running, and Kate's hands are not clean either.
