Story

Olivia is nineteen and pregnant when a setup orchestrated by her stepsister hands her twin boys and a tycoon named Ethan she barely knows. Her father takes the elder twin, Eli, and abandons him; Olivia flees abroad with the younger, Sunny, and rebuilds herself into a top surgeon under a new name.
