Story

For three agonizing years, an aristocratic heiress coerces her selfless spouse into repeated medical extractions and organ removals to preserve her ailing former sweetheart. Physically wrecked and abandoned on the brink of organ failure, the mistreated husband flees back to his pastoral origins, drawing his final breath in his younger brother's embrace.

Demanding an urgent bone marrow donation to finalize her lover's recovery, the arrogant heiress tracks him to the countryside. Instead of an obedient victim, she is confronted by a weeping younger brother pointing to a tombstone beneath an ancient oak tree. When forensic audits expose her lover's manufactured symptoms and financial blackmail, she collapses into irreversible remorse before surrendering to the authorities.
