Story

Robin used to be a hero. Then his parents died in a disaster he could not stop, and he hung up the mask, took a normal name, and let the world forget him. Guilt does the rest — it keeps him small, quiet, and barely holding on.

Then Eve finds him. She needs Outrider, not the broken man behind the glasses, because something is coming that ordinary people cannot fight. Robin has to decide whether a hero who already failed is worth putting back in the field. The invasion does not care about his guilt. Neither does Eve, and that might be exactly what saves him.
